CAE researches the multiple natures of cultural practices, to interact and mediate in order to ease effective policy-level communications and to share collective knowledge and expertise.

On the Move (OTM) aims to facilitate cross-border mobility in the arts and culture sector, contributing to the building of a vibrant European shared cultural space that is strongly connected worldwide. Born as a website, it has evolved into a dynamic network which now includes 50+ member organisations and individuals in Europe and internationally.

International network for contemporary performing arts (IETM) is a network of over 450 performing arts organisations and individual members working in the contemporary performing arts worldwide. IETM advocate the value of the arts and culture in a changing world and empower performing arts professionals through access to international connections, knowledge and a dynamic forum for exchange.

Biennale des jeunes créateurs de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée

BJCEM Network is composed of 52 members from 18 countries, gathering together cultural institutions as well as independent organizations. The aim of the Association is to create opportunities for the young creators of training, mobility, exchange, mutual understanding, intercultural dialogue and collaboration. The Association has been created with the aim to give an institutional frame and an organised management to the Biennale event, held for the first time in Barcelona in 1985.

ARC serves as a hub for freedom of expression and artistic freedom organizations worldwide, networking together to support artists at risk. DutchCulture | TransArtists combines and shares expertise on international artist-in-residence programmes and related issues for artists, cultural organisations and policymakers. It offers tools and services to artists, stimulating and encouraging them to make an efficient, innovative, independent “use” of what residencies offer them.

CEC ArtsLink promotes international communication and understanding through collaborative, innovative arts projects for mutual benefit. We support and produce programs that encourage the exchange of visual and performing artists and cultural managers in the United States and 37 countries overseas.
